Manager (Engineer)

Project Manager (PM)

Manage software development projects in total including the initial business consideration, requirement definition, design, implementation, testing, etc. You will be responsible of deciding project team policies, systems, task assembly, and schedule planning as well as general development project management to drive the team.

Project Leader (PL)

You will be in charge of team direction, including management of the development team members. You will also be responsible of role as a technical lead such as considering specification and software design for software development projects.

Requirements	Experience in leading software development projects for embedded devices and on-board devices as a PM or PL.
Preferred skills	Experience in development, or as a PM or PL in HMI development for on-board meters, IVI, etc. is a plus
Allowances	Management allowance, commuting allowance (based on actual expense), overtime allowance, and self-education support
