At sdtech Inc., the health and safety of our employees, their families, partners, and customers is our top priority. In compliance with guidelines from health and government authorities, we are taking the following measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

2. Introducing New Office Guidelines
While all employees work from home in principle, the following measures are taken when work at the office.
- Apply in advance.
- Commute during less crowded time.
- Prevent infection by washing hands, disinfecting with alcohol, and wearing a mask.
All visitors are also kindly asked for their cooperation in wearing a mask and disinfecting their hands.
3. Maximize Safety at Customer’s Site
Most of our meetings are now held online flexibly. If, however, a face-to-face meeting was required, we follow our guidelines and minimize participants for the health and safety of our employees and customers.

As all our employees are working remotely in principle, it may take longer to respond to mails, or we may be unavailable to answer phone calls.
